We've Gone on the Gondola

As we were here for two nights we had the luxury of a lay in. We headed out about 9:30 and walked to the base of the Gondola ride up to Bobs Peak which is a hill that overlooks Queenstown and the lake. Lucy overcame her misgivings and we made it to the top. There stunning views of the lake Wakatipu and the mountain range called the Remarkables. At the top of the hill was a Luge ride that lucy and I went on twice cause it was so much fun. After a look round the gift shop we descended into Queenstown and had some lunch. Later we booked ourselves on the steamboat ride round the lake. A really good day in all.
