UK 1990 & 1991 | 20 Jun 1991

I went to the UK in successive years with my grandmother, staying with her friends all over the country. From what I can remember, here is what I thought of the places we stayed at:

Broadstairs, Kent - Great weather for summer, nice place for retiring to (this was before I had travelled to other parts of the world!)

Scarborough - Lots of amusement parks and slot machines, like a lower end version of Brighton

East Kilbride, Scotland - Can't remember anything of any note here, I'm sure there are better places to visit!

Broughty Ferry, Dundee - quaint little town, they had a remarkable Italian Ice cream shop and a distinctly less remarkable patch of rocky beach.
