This is a v late update of Bali...Seems like we were there ages ago but I've only just had a chance to download photos.
Anyway, we stayed at Poppies which was lovely. The whole area was really empty as tourism is so low at the mo. Apparently (according to a few australians we spoke to), its low because of the Bali 9 (drugs) rather than the bombings which is interesing. The beach in Kuta was not the best....too polluted and far too much hassle from people selling things. The rice fields, temples, volcano etc were cool tho. Kat left us for Thailand after Bali so its just been me and Row since then. |
