Beats: I can see clearly now - ???
Random thoughts cluttered in my mind are ‘quickly interrupted by the marvels of the moment’. Fact: I’m in India, practicing Yoga in a Shala situated in the heart of a tropical paradise. The background music rendered by waving palm trees floating like vinyasa in the wind, and vocals sung so purely by inhabiting birds.
In theory, I’ve learned that Yoga is best practiced at sunrise because the natural energy of the environment has not yet been disturbed by human activity. In practice today, I understood, I felt, I connected with that concept.
