AIDS Aware

A bit of a wishy washy day really. After breakfast we headed into town to get some toiletries and made our way over to Toronto Island to have a look. The ferry was packed and when we arrived there was some sort of event going on with scateboarders and surfers or something. Anyway we didn't go in. Half of the island was blocked off so we couldn't get to the light house and everything else was heaving so we decided to come back to get ready to go out. On the way back we saw a black squirrel which we had never seen before. It was attacking some pidgeons who were after its food. We arrived at the AIDS conference at about 6:30. There was a lot of booing of polititions and there was Bill Gates and Richard Gere. Eventually there was some music but no-one we know. At 11 o'clock we decided that as we had to get up early we had better go, missing the only act we went for which was Barenaked Ladies.
