Greymouth

A fairly straight forward road from Franz Josef to Greymouth with just a few hills to climb. We arrived in the town quite early around 11am. We had a walk around the town centre and bought a few groceries for later. Greymouth is the largest town on the west coast but it was still quite quiet and there didn't seem a lot to do. We took a picture of the statue that Billy Connelly talked about in his world tour of New Zealand DVD and then went to the campsite. The campsite was right on the coast and after a little rest we took a walk on the beach which had loads of different coloured pebbles. Later on we watched Shreak2 and Fletch.
