Luxor is surely the hottest place on earth that i have ever experienced. The only thing that saved us is a fabulous cafe called 'The Oasis'. It is a real cosmopolitan cafe in the middle of the desert with real iced coffee (with ice that won't make you sick), air conditioning and the latest copy of Architectural Digest. What a find. Luxor Temple is fantastic too.
