Good-byes are tough. As my book, Eleven Minutes, comes to it’s last chapters, I read a little slower and savour each moment. As my trip comes to an end, I reflect and give thanks for this incredible experience.
One core principle from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali is to practice non-attachment. Thus, allowing you to continue your journey without getting sidetracked into the pains and pleasures along the way.

Saw the Iranian desert from the plane on the way back to London. What a magnificent sight! I’ve grown up near mountains, but mountains covered with snow and pine trees, not miles and miles of sand. I’ve never seen such a landscape before and I’ve convinced myself I must touch foot in the desert, maybe Egypt?

…for now it’s back to London to make some money to fund the next adventure…

Locations Visited: Benaulim, Vasco Da Gama, Mumbai
